  • Consultation Services: Live astrological consultations (via phone, video, or chat), pre-recorded consultations, and follow-up sessions with our astrologers.
  • Digital Products: E-books, astrological software, guides, courses, workshops, or any other downloadable content.
  • Physical Products (if applicable): Gemstones, yantras, malas, astrological devices, or any other physical item once shipped or delivered.
  • Membership & Subscription Fees: Fees for any premium memberships, subscriptions, or access to exclusive content.

2. Rationale for No-Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds based on disagreement with astrological interpretations or predictions, as astrology offers guidance and possibilities, not absolute certainties, and individual experiences may vary.
  • Preventing Misuse: A strict no-refund policy helps prevent misuse of our services, such as obtaining personalized reports and then requesting a refund after consuming the information.

3. Exceptions (Extremely Limited & At Our Sole Discretion)

While our policy is generally non-refundable, an exception may be considered in extremely rare circumstances and solely at the discretion of astrovaastusolutions management:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you have demonstrably made two identical purchases within a very short period due to a technical error. Proof of duplicate transaction will be required.
  • Service Not Delivered: If a product or service that you have successfully paid for has not been delivered to you within the stipulated timeframe, and after reasonable efforts to resolve the delivery issue on our part, we are unable to fulfill the order. In such a case, we may offer a credit for future services or a refund, entirely at our discretion.

Please Note: Disagreement with an astrologer’s advice, dissatisfaction with the outcome of predictions, or a change of mind after receiving a service or product do not qualify for a refund or exception.

4. How to Request an Exception

If you believe your situation falls under one of the extremely limited exceptions mentioned above, you must submit a written request to our support team within 24 hours of the purchase/transaction time. Your request must include:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • Order ID/Transaction ID.
  • Date and time of purchase.
  • A detailed explanation of why you believe an exception should be made, along with any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of duplicate orders).

All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision will be final.
